Our Styrofoam graduation hat that resembles a mortar board hat makes for a great graduation centerpiece base or can stand alone but much more fun when other cutouts are added.

Hat can be any color. The flat part of the hat is 8" square.

You have the choice of 1, 2 or 3 colors for the metallic tissue puffs. 

Trim around the hat is optional.
